I just got a job working at an ice cream shop. I asked if they were planning on training me to use the soft serve machine and they said that using it wasn't a big deal and I should be able to figure it out myself. Any tips or tricks on making a perfect cone. 10pts. to best answer.

Not the lite or fat free ones, because they taste disgusting.
I just want a normal chocolate soft serve. I'm so craving for one these days, but I don't know where I can find it.

A solid has a fixed shape and a fixed volume.
A liquid spreads out even through its container.
Soft serve ice cream spreads SOME, but not evenly.
So what is it?
